This service is for operations teams, warehouse managers, and business owners who need stock, equipment, or goods collected from a commercial site and delivered elsewhere. We work around your dispatch schedule — you tell us the collection window, the load type, and the delivery point, and we confirm route timing before dispatch. The crew arrives with a large van (1,200kg payload), handles the loading (with or without a loading bay), secures the load, and delivers to the destination. We regularly collect from industrial estates, trade counters, depots, and factory units across Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull, Wolverhampton, and the wider West Midlands. For businesses that need weekly or recurring pickups, we can set up scheduled collection windows so your team knows exactly when the van will arrive.

GOOD TO KNOW
Tell us about site access before the day. Is there a loading bay? A height barrier? A sign-in procedure? Security gate? The driver needs to know in advance.
If goods need to be ready at a specific time, give us the window and we'll schedule the arrival. Tight windows are manageable if we plan them in advance.
For recurring collections (weekly, fortnightly), we can set up a standing schedule. Contact us to arrange.
Invoicing is available for regular business customers. One-off jobs are pay-on-completion as standard.

How commercial collection works
STEP 01
Share the collection site address, delivery point, load type (pallets, boxes, mixed), approximate weight, and your preferred collection window.
STEP 02
We confirm route timing, crew setup, and a fixed quote covering the full scope. For recurring jobs, we agree a standing schedule.
STEP 03
The crew arrives at the confirmed time, loads from the bay or ground level, secures the consignment, and delivers. You pay on completion or by invoice for regular accounts.
Pricing
Business collection pricing reflects route distance, load weight and volume, handling complexity (loading bay vs ground-level), number of stops, and urgency. A single-stop local collection within Birmingham is at the lower end. Multi-stop routes or urgent same-day dispatch across the Midlands are at the higher end. For recurring collections, we can agree a fixed rate per run. All pricing is confirmed before dispatch.

Can you collect from a warehouse with a loading bay?
Yes. Our van fits standard loading bays. Let us know the bay height and any access restrictions (height barriers, security gates) when booking so the driver is prepared.
Do you handle pallets and non-palletised loads?
Yes to both. We collect palletised goods, boxed stock, loose fixtures, trade equipment, and mixed loads. The crew straps and secures everything in transit.
Can you do multi-stop collection or delivery runs?
Yes. We plan the route to cover multiple stops efficiently. Pricing is based on the total route, not per stop. Include all addresses when booking.
Do you offer recurring scheduled collections?
Yes. For weekly, fortnightly, or other regular schedules, contact us to set up a standing collection window. We can also offer invoicing for regular accounts.
Is same-day commercial collection available?
Yes, across Birmingham and the West Midlands when crew and van are available. Book before midday for the best same-day availability. An urgency surcharge may apply.
