• Use location data for dispatch tracking and ETA visibility during active jobs

For drivers using the Moveaxis Driver app, we collect operational data to support live dispatch, job execution, proof of delivery, and customer communication during active work.

The Moveaxis Driver app collects location data even when the app is closed or not in use, to enable real-time tracking of active jobs.

App authentication tokens and sensitive local credentials are stored securely on-device using SecureStore/Keychain mechanisms. Data is transmitted to our systems over HTTPS.

Driver app operational data is shared with the Moveaxis dispatch and operations team to coordinate active jobs, monitor progress, and support customers.

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use personal data for advertising.
• We only disclose data where required for legal compliance or lawful requests.

• Data in transit is protected using HTTPS encryption.
• Sensitive app data is stored using secure storage controls on supported devices.
• Access to operational and customer data is restricted through role-based access controls.

When you submit a booking request through our website, your contact details are used by our operations team to call you within 30 minutes and confirm your booking.

Your information is stored securely and accessed only by staff who need it to carry out or support your move. We do not store payment card details — payments are handled in person on the day of your move.

Our website uses cookies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. We may use basic analytics tools to measure page traffic and improve the user experience.

We retain booking-related personal data for up to 12 months following your move, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

If you contact us with a query or complaint, we may retain that correspondence for up to 24 months to help resolve any follow-up matters.
