We use Renault Master large vans (long wheelbase, high roof, 10m³ load space) so most homes can be moved in a single trip. For larger properties or long-distance jobs, we plan the timing around key handover windows so you're not stuck waiting between addresses. Access issues — narrow staircases, no lift, awkward parking — are discussed during the confirmation call and factored into your quote before the job starts. Nothing is added on the day without your agreement.

GOOD TO KNOW
Parking affects timing. If the van can't park within 10 metres of the door, loading takes longer. Arrange a parking suspension or reserve a bay if you can.
Stairs add time. A third-floor flat with no lift takes noticeably longer than a ground-floor load. This is reflected in your quote.
Disassemble flat-pack furniture beforehand if possible — bed frames, desks, shelving. It speeds up loading and reduces the risk of damage.
Have keys ready for both addresses. Waiting for access at either end costs time and can delay the whole schedule.
