How booking works
Step 01
Enter collection and delivery addresses, number of pallets, approximate weight, and whether it's a business or residential destination.
Step 02
Price calculated from route distance, pallet count, and access conditions. Call to confirm timing and any site-specific details.
Step 03
Crew straps pallets in-van, drives the route, and delivers. Business sites get bay delivery; residential gets kerbside or door placement.
Pricing
Pallet delivery uses our public pallet-delivery pricing model. Instant quote: choose pallet quantity and the price updates from route, access and handling before you confirm.

Good to know
Default delivery is kerbside. If the destination has a loading bay or goods-in entrance, mention it when booking so the driver arrives prepared.
Pallets should be wrapped and stable before collection. Loose shrink wrap or an unstable load will need re-securing, which adds time.
Van payload is 1,200kg total. For loads heavier than this, call us to discuss van sizing and options.
Residential deliveries stop at the kerb, driveway or garage. The crew won't carry individual items from the pallet up staircases — that's a furniture collection job.
Pallet Delivery FAQ
What we carry, how we load, and what happens on-site.
Standard Euro pallets (1200×800mm) are most common. We also handle UK pallets (1200×1000mm), half pallets, and oversized loads that fit within the van's 10m³ load space. If you're unsure whether your load fits, include the dimensions when booking and we'll confirm.
Yes. Residential pallet deliveries are kerbside or front-door/garage placement. The crew won't carry individual items from the pallet up staircases — for that, use our furniture collection service.
Yes. Multi-drop routes are supported. Enter the collection point and each delivery address when booking. Pricing is based on the total route, not per drop.
Ideally, yes. Shrink-wrapped, stable pallets are faster and safer to load. If the load isn't wrapped, the crew will secure it with straps, but this adds time to the job.
Same-day slots are strongest from our Midlands base, subject to crew and van capacity. Book before midday and mark the job as Urgent. Longer-distance same-day deliveries depend on schedule.
