Yes. Stairs are charged at £10 per floor for both pickup and dropoff.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancellations and reschedules are free of charge up to 24 hours before your booking. For changes inside 24 hours, contact us directly — we'll do our best to accommodate your situation without a penalty fee where possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
