Stairs per floor
£15 per floor before the engine applies load-size scaling.
Urgent uplift
Same-day jobs add 20% on top of the subtotal.
Saturday uplift
Saturday moves add 12% to the standard subtotal.
Base callout and route baseline
Large-van pricing starts with a £90 callout, then mileage adds from £1.60 per mile.
Return mile factor
Return mileage is priced at 80% of the outbound per-mile rate.
Congestion and clean-air charges
Pass-through charges apply at cost: London £15, Birmingham £8, Bath £9, Bristol £9.
